What is the ThreatDown Nexus Partner Program?
The ThreatDown Nexus Partner Program is a channel-first initiative designed to help resellers and partners strengthen relationships, increase impact, and grow their business in a complex cybersecurity market.
Through Nexus, partners connect directly to ThreatDown’s trusted cybersecurity solutions and gain access to:
- Lucrative discounts on new business, upgrades, add-ons, and renewals
- Deal registration to protect opportunities and unlock additional margin
- Incumbent partner designation to stay in the lead on renewals with prioritized access and pricing support
- Sales and technical enablement via free online certifications and live training
- Marketing support including campaigns-in-a-box, co-branded collateral, and a global asset repository
- Financial incentives such as quarterly SPIFFs and a new business rebate program for qualifying partners
The program is built on three core principles:
- Trust – long-term, reliable relationships where ThreatDown stands beside partners at every step.
- Profitability – high-margin potential through margin protection, rebates, and structured incentives.
- Support – dedicated account, marketing, sales, and support teams focused on partner success.
In short, Nexus is designed to help partners reimagine how they deliver cybersecurity outcomes while building a more profitable and sustainable services business.
How do the Nexus program tiers work?
The ThreatDown Nexus Partner Program offers a tiered structure so benefits scale as your annual new business with ThreatDown grows. The tiers include:
- Registered – The entry point for new partners. You gain access to online training, basic sales and marketing resources, and NFR (not-for-resale) license keys to help your team learn and demo the solutions.
- Silver – For partners with growing annual new business revenue. Silver partners receive enhanced sales and technical enablement, live training and certifications, and access to pre-sale and sales-engineering support. Post-sale technical support is also available to help you deliver a better customer experience.
- Platinum – For partners with higher annual new business revenue and a deeper commitment to ThreatDown. Platinum partners are eligible for:
- Assigned channel account manager
- Marketing Development Funds (MDF)
- Quarterly SPIFF programs
- New business rebate programs
- Lead sharing and post-sale support
- Maximum discounts and incentives
As you move up from Registered to Silver to Platinum, you gain more direct support, more marketing and sales resources, and stronger financial incentives. This tiered approach is designed to help you steadily reshape your cybersecurity practice and reward you as your ThreatDown business grows.
