What is the ThreatDown Reseller Partner Program?
The ThreatDown Reseller Partner Program is a three-tiered (Standard, Silver, and Platinum) channel program designed to help partners build a differentiated and profitable cybersecurity business.
As a reseller, you get access to:
- Financial benefits: competitive pricing, standard and program margins, deal registration margins, renewal margins, and deal expansion margin protection.
- Growth opportunities: additional margin and deal exclusivity on all new opportunities you bring in, plus extended margins on all up-sell deals closed in the first year of a new customer’s contract. This margin extension on additional deals is highlighted as a key differentiator in the industry.
- Enablement and support: sales and technical training, certifications, marketing resources, and a dedicated Partner Experience Center (PXC) to manage deals, trials, and resources.
The program is built around a channel-first philosophy, meaning ThreatDown invests directly in partner success through training, tools, marketing support, and ongoing collaboration.
How can resellers grow revenue and margins with ThreatDown?
The program is structured to help you grow both top-line revenue and profitability.
Key financial growth levers include:
- Competitive margins: standard margins and program margins on eligible products and services (with regional variations possible).
- Deal registration: when you register new opportunities, you receive additional margin and deal exclusivity on those deals.
- Up-sell margin extension: the extra margins you earn on a new customer also extend to all up-sell opportunities closed in the first year of that customer’s contract, making it easier to land and expand within an account.
- Renewal economics: standard renewal margins plus renewal incumbency margins help protect your position and earnings on existing customers.
- Incentives: quarterly SPIFF programs and customer incentive programs to further boost earnings potential.
This combination of protected margins, deal exclusivity, and first-year up-sell margin extension is designed to help partners reimagine how they build long-term, profitable customer relationships.
