Accessing and Claiming Leads
To access and claim leads from FishTank, each TD SYNNEX partner is allocated a specific number of tokens. You can navigate to the FishTank tab, filter leads based on your criteria, and click on the token value to claim a lead. Once claimed, the tokens will be deducted from your balance, and the lead will appear in your 'My Leads' tab for follow-up. Ensure that your colleagues also have access to the FishTank link to claim leads.
Understanding Token Access
Token allocations are shared across your organization. If you notice fewer tokens than expected, it may be due to colleagues using the shared balance or your company not being opted into campaigns that provide additional tokens. Tokens are replenished as your team updates lead statuses in the My Leads section. If your organization requires more tokens, you can request additional allocations through the platform.
Handling Bad Contact Data
If you claim a lead and find that the contact data is incorrect, update the lead status to 'Unable to Connect' in the My Leads section and provide details about the incorrect information in the notes. If you decide not to engage with a lead after claiming it, you have 24 hours to unclaim it by selecting the lead and clicking 'Unclaim Leads.' If the option is greyed out, you will need to update the lead status instead.
